From the Seller we require a legal contract signed by the owner(s) or person with  power of attorney authority. It should be notarized, signed or stamped by attorney stating:

Price acceptable to Seller
Any price negotiation possible?

Percent (%) fee that the Seller pays to Ricardo Barraza & Associates upon completion of the transaction.

Any special terms/conditions of sale. Example - special financing by Seller holding note or mortgage, percent (%) down and percent (%) Seller will carry or use dollar amounts on property sold.
